David K. Fuller, the President and Founder of WWD Corporation began his career working for American Water Works, the parent company to California American Water Company and as an Associate Civil Engineer for the City of Monterey. He then founded WWD Corporation in 1979. Since it's founding, WWD Corporation has assembled a very diverse staff all of which are experienced with both the private and public sectors. Engineering performed by the staff encompasses civil engineering, land planning, construction management, land surveying, and infrastructure designs for commercial and residential developments.
