Logon to the WWD FTP site:
- Enter your FTP username and password in the above form. This will log you in to your FTP Account.
- After logging in to the site, you should have a view of the contents of your folder on the FTP Site. At this point, it is the same as working with folders on your computer. Create the new folders you need from your computer, or cut/paste/copy/drag the files you want from the site to your computer.
Important Notes & Compatibility Issues
- This is best operated and viewed with Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher, or Firefox 1.0 and higher.
- If you are a Mac user, we recommend downloading and installing the Firefox web browser.
- If you are more comfortable using an FTP Client, our FTP Site is fully compatible with almost all common FTP Clients. ie: CuteFTP, SmartFTP, etc. If you would like to connect using an FTP Client, using the following settings:
FTP Server: office.wwdengineering.com
Username: [your username]
Password: [your password]
- If you have trouble viewing the FTP Folder using Internet Explorer, make sure 'Enable Folder View for FTP Sites' is enabled. This can be found in Internet Explorer at Tools/Internet Options/Advanced in the Browsing section.

- If you continue to have trouble viewing the FTP Folder using Internet Explorer, toggle enable/disable 'Use Passive FTP (for Firewall and DSL modem compatibility)'. This can be found in Internet Explorer at Tools/Internet Options/Advanced in the Browsing section. This feature is by default disabled, but depending on your ISP's setup, toggling this either way may resolve the issue.
